Short Title:

An Act amending the act of May 16, 1923 (P.L.207, No.153), referred to as the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law, changing the date from which, and the rate of which, interest is charged on certain delinquent taxes and other municipal claims; providing for the duties of third-party collectors; and modernizing the law relating to collection of such taxes and claims.
