Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.682, No.284), known as The Insurance Company Law of 1921, further providing for notice of policyholder's right to examine life and endowment insurance policies and for notice of contractholders's right to examine annuity or pure endowment contracts; providing for the protection of insurance consumers in annuity transactions; regulating the solicitation of insurance; prescribing penalties; and providing for the retroactive denial of reimbursement of payments to health care providers by insurers.
