Short Title:
An Act amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the rate of the slot machine tax; deleting provisions for various distributions from the State Gaming Fund; revising distributions from the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Fund, the Pennsylvania Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund and the State Gaming Fund; and providing for the Property Tax Reduction Fund.
