Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, providing for the Energy Assistance Funding Tax Amnesty Program; establishing the Tax Amnesty Fund; providing for the use of revenue of the fund, for a transfer of funds from the General Fund and for the powers and duties of the Department of Revenue; and prescribing penalties.
