An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, providing for institutions of higher education to provide continuing professional education to its own faculty, for the submission of a three-year professional education plan by an institution of higher education, for institutions of higher education to approve providers of continuing professional education, for an exemption from continuing professional education requirements and for professional educators who are members of the faculty of an institution of higher education.
