An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, further providing for removal of superintendents, for duties of superintendents, for principals, for the definition of "professional employe," for duty of boards of school directors to employ, for the definition of "school administrator" and for matters of inherent managerial policy; deleting provisions relating to professional teacher assessment; and adding and amending education empowerment provisions to include accountability and assistance.
