A Concurrent Resolution requesting the President of the United States to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to work with the Commonwealth to develop an acceptable waiver that can be approved giving Pennsylvania credit for its many years of leadership in the provision of pharmaceutical assistance coverage for low-income senior citizens and the corresponding cost avoidance that has benefited the medical assistance program.
