Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp.Sess., 1937 P.L.2897, No.1), known as the Unemployment Compensation Law, further providing for definitions; providing for referral for suitable work; and further providing for determination of contribution rate and experience rating, for establishment and maintenance of employer's reserve accounts, for qualifications required to secure compensation, for ineligibility for compensation, for eligibility of officers of a corporation deemed to be self-employed persons, for rate and amount of compensation, for determination of compensatory appeals, for decision of referee and further appeals and reviews, for rules of procedure and for finality of decisions.
