A Resolution creating a Special Committee on Rural Telecommunications Service to review and analyze the degree of development or lack thereof of rural telecommunications competition in the long-distance and local telephone company markets as well as the modernization of rural service and report those findings with recommendations to the Committee on Consumer Affairs.
