Short Title:
An Act amending the act of November 26, 1978 (P.L.1255, No.299), known as the Utility Service Tenants Rights Act, further providing for definitions and expanding the definition of "tenant" to include certain persons who lease commercial buildings, for notices before service to landlord ratepayer discontinued, for identifying tenants, for delivery and contents of first discontinuance notice to tenants and for rights of tenants to continued service.
