Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, providing that corporations subject to the corporate net income tax and capital stock and franchise tax pay the higher of the taxes; reducing the minimum capital stock and franchise tax; and reducing the millage transferred to the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund.
