An Act amending the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.805, No.247), known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, adding definitions; further providing for powers and duties of planning agency; providing for consistency of county and municipal plans; further providing for adoption of comprehensive plan and plan amendments, for legal status of comprehensive plan within the jurisdiction that adopted the plan, for ordinance provisions and for statement of community development objectives; and providing for determination of consistency with comprehensive plan and for traditional neighborhood development.
