An Act amending the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.805, No.247), known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, further providing for the definition of "application for development," for contents of subdivision and land development ordinance, for approval of plats, for establishment and administration of impact fees, for functions of the zoning hearing board with regard to variances, for time limitations for filing proceedings with the zoning hearing board, for stay of proceedings pending before the zoning hearing board and for procedure to obtain preliminary opinion regarding compliance with ordinances and maps.
