An Act amending the act of August 9, 1955 (P.L.323, No.130), known as The County Code, authorizing county appropriations for the observance of Flag Day; further providing for payments to historical societies; providing for convention center facilities in counties of the third class, for creation of convention center authorities and defining their powers and duties; authorizing a hotel room rental tax; and making a repeal.
