An Act amending the act of December 29, 1998 (P.L. , No.129), known as the Police Officer, Firefighter, Correction Employee and National Guard Member Child Beneficiary Education Act, enlarging the scope of the act; and further providing for the short title, for definitions and for the postsecondary educational gratuity program.
