Short Title:
A Resolution memorializing the Congress of the United States to enact solid waste legislation with provisions analogous to the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Act encouraging states to form regional compacts for the establishment of regional solid waste disposal facilities and granting states the authority to restrict the use of those facilities to the disposal of solid waste generated within the compact region.
