An Act amending the act of July 22, 1974 (P.L.589, No.205), known as the Unfair Insurance Practices Act, further providing for definitions and for unfair competition and practices, specifically relating to limitations on contracts for remuneration of practitioners of the healing arts by health care providers, insurance companies and health maintenance organizations.
