An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further defining "emergency vehicle"; adding a definition of "issuing agent"; further providing for revocation or suspension of operating privilege, for insurance premiums, for reports by issuing authorities and for reports by courts; authorizing the Commonwealth to enter into agreements with private firms for the development, financing, design, construction and operation of new transportation facilities and for the operation, improvement, financing or rehabilitation of existing transportation facilities; establishing the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank and providing for its powers and duties; and making a repeal.
