Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 31, 1965 (P.L.1257, No.511), known as The Local Tax Enabling Act, authorizing school districts to impose an additional tax on earned income tax; and requiring school districts that impose the additional tax to reduce the rate of or eliminate certain taxes.
