Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, reducing the rate of corporate net income tax; and allocating portions of the proceeds of the corporate net income tax to provide a low-interest loan program for existing job development and a grant program to assist job creation projects.
