Short Title:
An Act amending the act of October 4, 1978 (P.L.864, No.167), known as the Storm Water Management Act, further providing for legislative findings, for watershed storm water plans and contents, for failure to submit plans, for effect of watershed plans, for failure to adopt certain ordinances, for duty of land developers and for grants to counties; and making an editorial change.
