Short Title:
An Act amending the act of October 15, 1975 (P.L.390, No.111), known as the Health Care Services Malpractice Act, abolishing the Catastrophic Loss Fund; creating a temporary assessment procedure to pay off existing claims; repealing mandatory liability insurance; imposing additional powers and duties upon the Insurance Commissioner and the Department of Revenue; and providing penalties.
