An Act amending the act of July 9, 1990 (P.L.340, No.78), known as the Public Safety Emergency Telephone Act, further providing for a 911 emergency communication system, for use of contribution fees and for training of dispatchers; establishing the Advisory Council on 911 and providing for its powers and duties; and making editorial changes.
