Short Title:
A Resolution congratulating the 1994-1995 Penn State football team for its outstanding season; commending its players, coaches and support staff for reminding us and for exemplifying to our young people the great success that can be achieved by hard mental and physical work, persistent unwillingness to fail, healthy pride, dedication to a dream, commitment, teamwork and all the other traditional values Pennsylvanians hold dear; and declaring the 1994-1995 Nittany Lions as the Nation's No. 1 college football team in our hearts and minds.
