An Act amending the act of May 21, 1943 (P.L.571, No.254), known as The Fourth to Eighth Class County Assessment Law, including third class counties within the scope of the act; further providing for assessment procedures, for appeals of assessments and for the powers and duties of county commissioners and of the governing body of home rule charter counties; and making editorial changes.
