An Act amending the act of December 29, 1972 (P.L.1701, No.364), known as the Health Maintenance Organization Act, adding and amending definitions; further providing for services to be provided and for certificates of authority; providing for a quality assurance plan, for credentialing, for medical records and standards, for certain rights of members, for additional powers and duties of the Department of Health and for a grievance procedure; and further providing for boards of directors and for penalties.
