A Concurrent Resolution memorializing the President and Congress of the United States, the Secretary of Defense and all members of the Base Closure and Realignment Commission to delay all current realignment actions at the Navy Ships Parts Control Center in Mechanicsburg, the Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, the South Philadelphia Defense Center, the Philadelphia Navy Shipyard in Philadelphia and the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Warminster until all legal questions concerning the original realignment decisions are resolved and until the economic and the long-term savings issues of realignment are reconsidered and restudied.
