Short Title:
A Resolution calling for the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct an immediate audit of the Department of Transportation and of the Department of Environmental Resources in order to ascertain how much money has been spent on the implementation of the Federal Clean Air Act and on the "clean air" television, newspaper and radio ads which are being circulated in this Commonwealth, and in order to ascertain how much money these two departments have expended in promoting environmental groups, the American Lung Association and private contractors.
