An Act creating a Women's Equity Fund for women entrepreneurs seeking to establish or expand a business within this Commonwealth; providing small capital infusions to women-owned businesses; specifying the conditions of and requirements for investment; establishing the Women's Equity Fund Board and providing for its powers and duties; granting authorization to expend appropriated funds to the Bureau of Women's Business Development; and making an appropriation.
