An Act amending the act of January 14, 1952 (1951 P.L.1898, No.522), known as the Funeral Director Law, changing the title; further providing for a short title; providing for a declaration of policy; further providing for definitions, for licensure application and qualifications, for registration of trainees, for examinations, for license issuance, for restrictions and preparation rooms, for conduct of business, for licensure under prior law, for license expiration and for disciplinary actions; providing for inspection; further providing for unauthorized practice, for prohibitions, for duties of the administering agency, for penalties and for fees; reorganizing the administering agency; and further providing for reports to the General Assembly.
