An Act creating a Pennsylvania rivers conservation program to conserve and enhance the river resources of this Commonwealth through development and implementation of river conservation plans; establishing the Pennsylvania Rivers Conservation Registry to recognize local river conservation activities; establishing a Rivers Conservation Board; providing technical and financial assistance to municipalities and river support groups for river conservation planning and implementation activities.
