An Act amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for refund of moneys paid erroneously or unjustly, for powers of conservation officers, for enforcement of laws, for delegation of enforcement powers, for interference with officers and for classification of offenses and penalties; prohibiting interference with lawful fishing and boating; further providing for disturbance of waterways and watersheds and for pollution of waters; providing for restraining violations; further providing for reports by emergency room and medical personnel; providing for liquor or malt or brewed beverages, for registration of motorboats and for operation of watercraft under influence of alcohol or controlled substance; and prohibiting unauthorized person to operate watercraft.
