An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the sentencing of repeat violent offenders, repeat violent offenders who have been identified as high risk dangerous offenders and other serious violent offenders.
