An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, providing for electronic filings; further providing for the examination of books and records and for the fee for tax liens; providing a penalty for failure to file; further providing for the calculation of and rate of interest paid to and from the Commonwealth and for the revival and priority of tax liens; providing for Department of Revenue subpoena power; further providing for failure to file reports; and requiring the Department of State to elicit certain information from professional licensees.
