Short Title:

An Act amending Titles 24 (Education) and 71 (State Government) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, revising provisions relating to investments of the Public School Employees' Retirement Board and the State Employees' Retirement Board, respectively; excepting such boards from terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions imposed on other administrative boards of State government in making investments and adopting prudent-person rule in lieu of specific "legal list" of authorized investments.
