An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, providing for a separate office in the Department of Community Affairs to administer the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program; providing for an advisory council; establishing the Heating Energy Assistance Fund; providing for the disposition of certain taxes; and imposing additional duties upon the Department of Community Affairs, the Department of Public Welfare and the Department of Revenue.
