An Act amending the act of June 23, 1978 (P.L.537, No.93), known as the Seasonal Farm Labor Act, extending the provisions of the act to include all farm workers, farm labor and farm labor camps; further providing for minimum wages and for prohibited discrimination; providing for minimum guaranteed period of employment; further providing for inspection and entry; providing for telephones at farm labor camps, for food service and cooking facilities, for cooperative agreements with Federal and State agencies, for medical services, for posting of information concerning housing and for privacy rights of tenants; further providing for annual registration, for prohibited activities and for powers and duties of the Secretary of Labor and Industry; providing for rights of action; and further providing for penalties.
