Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 18, 1974 (P.L.359, No.120), referred to as the Municipal Police Education and Training Law, further defining "police officer" and "police department"; and further providing for the powers and duties of the Municipal Police Officers' Education and Training Commission, for the certification of deputy sheriffs in counties of the second class and for the payment of certain costs by counties of the second class.
