L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929," imposing additional powers and duties on the Office of Consumer Advocate relating to rates and proceedings affecting health insurance; requiring health insurers to pay certain assessments; and imposing additional powers and duties on the Insurance Department.
