Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P. L. 31, No. 21), known as the "Public Welfare Code," providing for the New Directions Jobs Program; eliminating monthly reporting; and further providing for eligibility, for the enforcement of support obligations, for WIC benefits, for access to medical support and health insurance, for certain Federal benefits and Federal funding, for medical assistance, for long-term care insurance and for services relating to AIDS.
