L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929," further providing for medical insurance coverage for survivor-spouses of annuitants; validating expenditures by the Department of Environmental Resources; further providing for certain powers of the Environmental Quality Board in relation to surface mining; providing for the use of the proceeds of certain condemnation proceedings; and making a repeal.
