Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp. Sess., 1937 P. L. 2897, No. 1), known as the "Unemployment Compensation Law," providing for the definition of "average working wage"; further providing for the definitions of "average weekly wage", "credit week", "partial benefit credit" and "suitable work"; further providing for the State Unemployment Compensation Advisory Council; providing for referral for suitable work; further providing for contributions by employers and employees, successors-in-interest and appeals; further providing for determination of contribution rate and experience rating; further providing for trigger determination and for trigger rate determination; further providing for qualifications required to secure compensation, for ineligibility for compensation and for rate and amount of compensation; further providing for total extended benefit amount; and providing for review of the Unemployment Compensation Fund.
