An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P. L. 30, No. 14), known as the "Public School Code of 1949," authorizing the board of school directors of certain school districts to levy different rates of taxation for school purposes on land and on buildings; and further providing for payments to intermediate units and for special education payments.
