Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 27, 1947 (P. L. 1046, No. 447), referred to as the "State Tax Equalization Board Law," further providing for powers and duties of the State Tax Equalization Board; expanding use of the common level ratio to third class city assessments; imposing further duties on recorders of deeds; providing for the application of revised assessment rates; and making editorial changes.
