Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 12, 1919 (P. L. 476, No. 240), referred to as the "Second Class County Recorder of Deeds Fee Law," providing for an additional recording fee for use for the preservation of documents; and creating the Board of Trustees for the Allegheny County Recorder of Deeds Records Preservation Trust Fund and providing for its powers and duties.
