Short Title:
An Act amending the act of August 23, 1967 (P. L. 251, No. 102), known as the "Industrial and Commercial Development Authority Law," to further provide for projects eligible for financial assistance; to expand the activities for which bond proceeds may be used; to provide for alternative forms of financing using sources of funds other than bond proceeds; to further provide for financing by authorities and the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority; and to eliminate certain approvals by the Secretary of Commerce.
