L. 1443, No. 321), entitled "An act authorizing incorporated towns to prohibit and remove nuisances and dangerous structures on public or private grounds, or to require the removal of such nuisances and dangerous structures by the owner or occupier of such grounds," limiting the amount of penalties for violations of codes and ordinances.
