Short Title:
An Act providing for the establishment of the Human Development Action Fund; making appropriations from the Human Development Action Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990, to the Department of Health, Department of Public Welfare, Department of Education, Department of Labor and Industry, the Office of Attorney General and the Human Development Action Commission, to provide for the prevention of substance abuse and for programs of education and family counseling for substance abuse, for the prevention, education and treatment programs for acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), and for the prevention and resolution of problems for the homeless including job preparation and permanent housing; and making a repeal.
