Short Title:
An Act amending the act of August 31, 1955 (P. L. 531, No. 131), known as the "Pennsylvania Athletic Code," establishing the Boxing and Wrestling Commission and providing for its powers and duties; further providing for the regulation of boxing and wrestling contests and exhibitions; further providing for fees, safety regulations and penalties; reestablishing the commission under the Sunset Act; creating a task force on boxing; making repeals; and making an appropriation.
