Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929," requiring the Department of Environmental Resources to give public notice to municipalities concerning orders for abatement of nuisances; establishing procedures governing the settlement and review of nuisance cases by the Department of Environmental Resources; and requiring final actions to be taken in conformity with the Administrative Agency Law.
